April 26, 2021

Howdy. Most episodes of Breaking The Tethers are pretty wide and varied. This week's show might have gone a step or two beyond the norm, which may be saying something. The range of music covered spiritual jazz ("Mountain song" by Menagerie), free jazz ("Prescott: the fort town" by Nick Fraser), synths ("Sustain" by Sam Grendel), a 70s jazz cover of a Minnie Ripperton song ("Loving you" by the George Otsuka Quartet), political stuff ("That daughter" by Janice Lowe & Namaroon), and more. Who knows what next week will bring? In the meantime, you can take in the April 26 program again or for the first time.

The next BTT show will be on the usual time and place, Monday, May 3, from 10 to 11 am MT, 90.9 FM or cjsw.com. Please join me if you can (and I hope you can!)

Also, next week's edition will be the CJSW Listener Appreciation Week show! More on this soon!

Thanks.

Andrew
