Howdy. It was an interesting show this week. It could even be called a different show. This was because what I played today was more on the conventional side of things, at least for me. There was soul-jazz from the 60s to start ("Trouble (no. 2)" by Stanley Turrentine), some jazz-rock tracks, clarinet (on "Dusk" by Francois Houle and company), and my fave track from the program, "Final thought" by Kamasi Washington from the epic album The epic. The next edition of Breaking The Tethers, the last one for August 2020, will be on Monday, August 31, from 10-11 am MT at 90.9 FM or cjsw.com. Hope you can tune in then!
Thanks.
