A solid show here, I thought, with a nice mix of tunes. I'm always happy to play something by the Forgas Band Phenomena ("Eclipse"). It was also good to feature a couple of pieces ("The split" parts 1 and 2) by Braid, Murley, Mogensen, and Aman, from their recent Juno award-winning recording, The north.
The next edition of Breaking The Tethers will be a special one, an all-request show for CJSW Listener Appreciation Week 2018 (www.cjsw.com/wild). There'll be more information in another post soon. The day and time will be the usual; Monday, April 23, 10-11 am MT, 90.9 FM, www.cjsw.com.
