This was the one week-delayed "brotherhood" show part 2. What made it a brotherhood show was, like brotherhood show part 1 (June 2), it started with a tune from a band with the word "brotherhood" in their name. On June 2, it was the Brotherhood Consort while this week, it was the Brotherhood of Breath. Here's a few notes about the Brotherhood of Breath tune:

*It went over 30 minutes, stretching to around 35 minutes. Playing a track so long on a one-hour program meant that not too much else was featured on the show, only three other pieces. This might have been the BTT episode, in its 60 minute iteration, with the least number of songs played. There'll be more stuff played next week.

*I picked up this track from a bootleg (shhh!). All it indicated was that the piece was called "Track 2". After doing a bit of research, it looks like the concert was legit released as the album Eclipse at dawn. There are individual tracks noted on this recording. My guess is that what makes up "Track 2" are these pieces:

"Eclipse at dawn"

"The bride"

"Now" 

"Funky boots march"
