We end June 2021 with a nifty grab bag of jazzy sounds, mostly newly released stuff and a fair amount of Canadian content. This included an awesome cover of the Beach Boys' "I just wasn't made for these times" by the Witherbees, oud-jazz from Kane Mathis ("August"), and a kind of out there Wayne Shorter track (yes, I'm on a bit of a Wayne Shorter kick), "Mesphistopheles", written by his brother Alan. All well worth checking out.
